Sensitive information

External Ticket Status

Map links
Office map links open Google Maps, which may process usage information under its own policies.
Embedded YouTube video
The home page hero plays a muted CLI introduction video hosted on YouTube. It is delivered through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set advertising cookies for viewers who do not interact with the player.
What the embed still sends
Loading the home page contacts Google servers to deliver the video. Google may record that request, including IP address and browser details, under its own privacy policy.
Reduced motion
Browsers set to reduce motion do not load the video at all. A static image is shown in its place.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
Production launch
Before launch, CLI should approve retention, access, security, service providers, consent language, and privacy contact details.
